Email address, phone number, account credentials (stored in hashed form only), and communication preferences. This is used to manage your account and deliver transactional communications.
Financial Data
Cryptocurrency wallet addresses, deposit amounts and transaction IDs, withdrawal requests and history, investment plan participation, and return credits. This data is used to operate your investment account and comply with financial record-keeping obligations.
Technical Data
IP addresses, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, session timestamps, and usage patterns within the platform. This data is collected to maintain platform security, detect fraud, and improve service reliability.
2. How We Use Your Data
We process your personal data for the following purposes, each grounded in a legal basis under UK GDPR:
- Identity verification: to complete KYC and comply with AML obligations (legal obligation)
- Account management: to create and administer your investment account (contractual necessity)
- Financial transactions: to process deposits, withdrawals, and investment returns (contractual necessity)
- Transactional communications: to send account confirmations, return notifications, and security alerts (contractual necessity and legitimate interest)

- Marketing preferences: until withdrawal of consent or account closure
You may request deletion of non-regulatory data after account closure. Requests subject to retention obligations under law cannot be fulfilled in full but will be handled to the maximum extent possible.
