Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Tradevent platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. General Terms

Tradevent Ltd ("the Company") operates an investment and asset management platform accessible at tradevent.org. Use of this platform constitutes acceptance of these terms. The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time with 30 days notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

The Company prohibits reproduction or redistribution of any platform content without prior written approval. All intellectual property, including but not limited to text, design, and software, remains the exclusive property of Tradevent Ltd.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any provision found to be unenforceable shall not affect the validity of remaining provisions.

2. Account Registration

Registration requires accurate personal information and completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification in accordance with our AML obligations. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• All information provided is accurate, current, and complete
• You are not subject to any sanctions or prohibited trading restrictions
• You are opening the account in your own name and for your own benefit

A single account per natural person is permitted. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in prohibited activity without prior notice.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: $300 USD equivalent
• Maximum deposit: $500,000 USD equivalent per transaction
• Accepted currencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT)
• No cash, bank wire transfer, credit card, or third-party payments are accepted

Withdrawals require 3 business days advance notice and are processed exclusively to the verified originating wallet address on file. The Company does not send funds to wallet addresses not previously verified under your account. This policy is a mandatory component of our AML compliance obligations.

Withdrawal processing typically completes within 1–2 business days of the notice period. Network confirmation times on the blockchain are outside the Company's control.

4. Investment Plans & Returns

Tradevent offers tiered investment plans — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — each with defined deposit ranges, return rates, and cycle durations. Investment returns are subject to market conditions and are not guaranteed.

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• ROI percentages displayed are current rates and subject to change with 14 days notice
• Cycle durations are as stated per plan tier at the time of investment
• Returns are calculated on the principal amount deposited and credited at cycle completion

The Company reserves the right to adjust plan terms, including ROI rates and cycle durations, in response to material changes in market conditions. Account holders will be notified of any such changes before they take effect.

5. Risk Disclosure

Investing in cryptocurrency, forex, and other financial instruments carries significant risk, including the potential loss of principal. You should not invest funds you cannot afford to lose.

Tradevent's investment services involve speculative trading where outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Market volatility, liquidity conditions, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors all influence investment outcomes. By using this platform, you acknowledge:

• You understand the nature and risks of crypto and forex markets
• You have the financial capacity to sustain the investment amounts deposited
• You are making investment decisions independently and are not relying solely on Tradevent's published return rates as a guarantee

6. Referral Program

Tradevent operates a referral program that rewards verified account holders for introducing new investors to the platform. The following conditions apply:

• The 3% referral commission applies to qualifying deposits made by verified referees
• Self-referral is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be self-referring will be suspended
• Commissions are credited within 24 hours of confirmed qualifying deposits
• Referral earnings are withdrawable immediately once credited
• The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time

7. Anti-Money Laundering

The Company operates in full compliance with AML regulations applicable in England and Wales, including the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds Regulations 2017. All accounts are subject to identity verification before activation.

Suspicious transaction monitoring is active on all accounts. The Company cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies, including the National Crime Agency (NCA), and will disclose account information and transaction records as required by law.

Users must not use the platform to transfer, conceal, or launder funds derived from unlawful activity. Accounts found to be engaged in such activity will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from use of the platform or these terms:

• Disputes should first be directed to the Company's compliance team at compliance@tradevent.org
• The Company will acknowledge disputes within 3 business days and aim to resolve them within 20 business days
• If unresolved after the internal process, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
• These terms are governed by English law

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability is limited to the amount invested by the client in respect of any single claim. The Company is not liable for losses arising from:

• Market volatility or adverse price movements
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory actions, or internet infrastructure failures
• Third-party service failures, including blockchain network outages or custody provider issues
• User error, including sending funds to incorrect wallet addresses
• Unauthorised access to accounts caused by user-side security failures

Nothing in these terms shall limit the Company's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
